Shan Padda, Interim Chairman

Shan Padda is a successful professional who has dedicated himself to community participation and development with concentration on race relations, community outreach, and multicultural programs. He was a candidate representing the major Political Party for the Provincial Party during the provincial election of 1995 & 1999 and held the various elected office in Political Party hierarchy for number of years and participated in many election campaigns over the years. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and practices Canadian immigration law. As an immigration lawyer he processes refugee claims, prepares applications for immigration to Canada under family class, skill workers, business class, and entrepreneur categories.

Alex MacGregor, CEO and Director

Dr. Alex MacGregor is the President, founder and majority shareholder of the Toronto Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology, which was established in 1992. He brings extensive experience with international students and strong academic affiliations in Canada. Dr. MacGregor recognizes the importance of English as Second Language (ESL) education market opportunity and plans to improve those services using the Company's infrastructure to provide first in class service in Canada. He is currently working with the Board on formulating a plan to both improve the financial strength and the services and offerings of the Company.

Martin Bernholtz, Director

Mr. Martin Bernholtz has thirty – five years of experience in Finance & Accounting. He is the Chief Financial Officer for the Kerbel Group (since 1987), an integrated real estate developer, property owner and constructor. In addition he has served on several public, private and institutional Boards during the past twenty-five years in the capacity as a Director, Chairman, Audit Chair, Governance Chair, Compensation Committee Chair, and as a Member and Chair of various special committees. His extensive experience spans Real Estate, Bio-Technology & Education. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from York University in 1981 and became a Chartered Accountant (Ontario) in 1983. Early in his career his practice focused on Business Valuation and Litigation Support Services.

Ako Ufodike, Director

Mr. Ufodike is a Finance Executive with over 20 years of professional experience spanning Telecoms, Banking, Utilities, Education, Oil and Gas and Consumer Packaged Goods with organizations including Bell Canada and Molson Coors. Mr. Ufodike is currently CFO at Corridor Communication (CCI Wireless). Prior to CCI Wireless, Mr. Ufodike owned and managed a Calgary area accounting public practice firm – the Ufodike Professional Corporation. Mr. Ufodike has been responsible for structuring financing for projects in various sectors and has created value in several entrepreneurial and start-up ventures in which he has been involved. Mr. Ufodike was also co-founder and CFO for Jaguar Wireless a participant in the 2007 Canadian wireless spectrum auction. A Cornell MBA graduate, Mr. Ufodike is a Canadian FCGA, a US CPA, a UK FCCA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Ufodike has previously served on the board of a US listed company with mining assets in east Africa as well as on the board of several charities including Peel Literacy Guild as Treasurer and of the Black Business and professional Association and Imagination150! as Director. Mr. Ufodike also previously served as Treasurer for Scouts Canada Chinook Council and is currently the Chairman of the Community Council of Scouts Canada Chinook Council.
